Refund Policy


Refunds, returns, and replacements are available for purchases made in our online store under certain conditions, such as customer error during the ordering process or delivery of an incorrect card. Please reach out to us to determine eligibility for refunds and returns. Refunds are processed only after we receive an unused item, which may take up to 24 hours after the sale.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued immediately. A 24-hour period is enforced to ensure that the item has not been redeemed by the previous customer. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

Replacement cards will be provided with an equivalent value to the initially purchased card.

Returns are accepted if the product is unused and in sellable condition. As a digital product, returned items are inspected to confirm that the product code has not been redeemed. Unused products qualify for a full refund.

You understand that in case of any account issues, the customer will receive details of the appropriate service to contact. Customers are responsible for contacting the service themselves and not through our customer support agent.

Refunds can be authorized within 30 days of purchase.
