To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:

Confirm the order and accept the terms and conditions.
Receive the order confirmation via email.

7. Warranty and Claims

To file a claim, the customer must contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the product. The company will assess each case, and if appropriate, provide a solution that may include a product replacement or refund of the paid amount.

Since the products sold are digital in nature and delivery is immediate, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or activated, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the description provided.
