- Select “Import from another program or file” and then click on “After you”
- Select “Comma Separated Values” and select the CSV file of your address book from your computer
- Before completing the operations, you will have to “Map the fields of the CSV file” for the import to be successful. Click on the appropriate button
- Now, drag the fields you want to import, from the left to the right column. Once you have mapped all the desired CSV columns click OK and then FINISH. Now all data will be transferred from CSV to your Outlook.
