Part 1 – How to Send PDF on Whatsapp (as Flipbook)
The first method we want to recommend for share a PDF on WhatsApp is different from the “official” one. You will not have to attach the entire PDF to the WhatsApp chat but send a simple link. Anyone who clicks on that link will see your PDF open in an original and innovative way: they will see a FlipBook. What is a Flipbook? Flipbook (browsable PDF), unlike static PDF, offers a different and more original visual experience. It also attracts more attention of those who receive the PDF.

The program will automatically do the conversion and allow you to save the final flipbook on your PC or upload it online.

If you are using a phone Androidyou will see an icon shaped like a paper clip in the lower right corner of the screen. If you're using an iPhone, you'll see a sign + in the lower left corner. They both represent the same thing, which is file sharing. Click on this little icon to attach your PDF file.
Android:
iPhone:
Step 4 – After tapping on that icon, the app will ask you to choose the type of file to attach and share. Select the icon “Document” if you want to attach and send a PDF.
Step 5 – The app will take you to your phone's storage to see all the documents you have on your phone. These documents can be in different formats, such as word, ppt, excel or even PDF.

That’s it. Now you are ready to send PDF files on WhatsApp. You should note that this method only works for small files. For larger files, you may have to wait a long time or use the alternative method described above or the following one.
Part 3 – How to Attach and Send Large PDFs on WhatsApp
Large files that exceed the 100 MB in size cannot be shared on WhatsApp. This is because when you share a file, it is transferred through servers from one chat to another. These servers simply do not have the capacity to send large files such as long videos or PDFs or audio files larger than 100 MB.
WhatsApp still allows you to send “indirectly” these files. This can be done easily with the help of Google Drive. Here's how it works.
Step 1: Open the file manager and find the file you need to share. Tap it to open its contents.
Step 2 –In the upper right corner, you will see an icon that looks like the Google Drive icon. Tap it to save your file to Google Drive.
Step 3 –Once you have uploaded the file to Google Drive, you need to open the Google Drive app on your phone and open the document from there.
Step 4 – Then you need to copy the document link to your clipboard.
Step 5 –Open the chat of the person you want to share the PDF document with and paste the link there. Now the recipient will be able to access the document from their phone.
As you can see, it is quite easy to send large PDF files on WhatsApp. But the problem is that if the other person does not have the Google Drive app on their phone, the file may not open. They will need to download Drive from the App Store and then open your PDF.
